AFTER I SIGN UP, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED EACH MONTH AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE RECORD I AM BILLED FOR?

Following the initial charge when you sign up, the bill date is the 28th of each month afterward. These charges occur automatically, you do not have to do anything. Think of your charges as pre-orders because the t-shirt you are billed for releases on the 28th of the following month. Here is an example breakdown: Signed up and charged October 23 for November t-shirt November t-shirt releases on November 28 Charged on November 28 for December t-shirt December record releases on December 28 Charged on December 28 for January t-shirt January t-shirt releases on January 28 Charged on January 28 for February t-shirt ...and so on. This is why you may see two charges before you actually receive your first t-shirt.

how much does shipping cost?

For U.S. residents, shipping is included in the monthly price. Outside U.S., other shipping rates apply and customers are responsible for paying any customs/import fees that may apply.

WHEN IS THE NEXT T-SHIRT OF THE MONTH ANNOUNCED?

The next t-shirt is announced about a week before the billing date via email to subscribers as well as on our social pages and on the product page.

THE NEXT T-SHIRT WAS ANNOUNCED AND I AM NOT INTERESTED IN RECEIVING IT. CAN I PICK A DIFFERENT T-SHIRT TO RECEIVE OR SKIP THIS DESIGN?

You cannot choose which t-shirt you will receive. However, you do have the option to “skip” designs. Skipping must be done before the bill date on the 28th of the month to avoid being charged. If you would like to skip a bill date, follow these instructions: If you haven't already, register your account using the email address you used to sign up Once logged in, click "manage subscriptions" Click "billing schedule" in the menu Select the bill date you wish to skip Scroll down and click "skip this bill date"

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES I CAN SKIP?

I FORGOT TO SKIP A BILL DATE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

As per our refund policy, we do not cancel/refund processed subscription orders. Please be mindful of managing your own billing schedule.
