FAQs

The vinyl club is $29.99USD per month plus shipping. We ship worldwide although we are currently unable to ship to Russia and China.

International customers are responsible for paying any customs/import fees! If a package is rejected at customs, it will be abandoned by the postal service and you will not be refunded.
Following the initial charge when you sign up, the bill date is the 15th of each month afterward. These charges occur automatically. Think of each charge as a pre-order: the record you're billed for releases on the 15th of the following month.

Example:
Oct 23: sign up, charged for the November record
Nov 15: November record releases; charged for December
Dec 15: December record releases; charged for January
...and so on.

This is why you'll see two charges before you receive your first record.
The next record is announced up to a week before the billing date via email to subscribers as well as on our social pages and on the product page.
You cannot choose which record you will receive. However, you do have the option to “skip” releases. Skipping must be done before the bill date on the 15th of the month to avoid being charged. If you would like to skip a bill date, follow these instructions: If you haven't already, register your account using the email address you used to sign up. Once logged in, click "manage subscriptions", "billing schedule" in the menu, select the bill date you wish to skip, scroll down and click "skip this bill date".

As per our refund policy, we do not cancel/refund processed subscription orders. Please be mindful of managing your own billing schedule.

You are not guaranteed to receive the selected vinyl club title. If we sell out of the vinyl club title in any given month before your album ships, you will have the option to sub for another available title or receive a refund.
